This Privacy Policy describes how Iconavize, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
The Online Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) describes the information we collect from and about you during your visit to our online interfaces (websites and mobile applications) owned or controlled by us (the “Site”). It also describes how we use information about you, with whom we share it and how we protect it. This Notice applies only to those Iconavize, LLC interfaces that link directly to this Notice and those in the United States.
It is important to know that our websites may contain links to third party sites not controlled by Iconavize, LLC or covered by this Notice. We recommend that you check the privacy statements of other sites you visit before providing any personal information.

Age Requirements
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information about children under the age of 13 unless the personal information is provided by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult. Our websites are not intended for children under 13. Visit the Federal Trade Commission website for more information on the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). You must be at least 15 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 15 years of age.
We recognize the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to personal information we may collect from children on our site. Some of the features on our site may be age-gated so that they are not available for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in connection with those features. Prohibited Use
The App is strictly prohibited for use while driving or operating a vehicle. The App is designed for informational purposes only when the vehicle is safely parked.
How We Use Your Information
Use of Information Collected. We will share your personal information with third-party companies, if necessary, for purposes such as improving app functionality and user experience; provide personalized suggestions and recommendations; analyze usage trends among vehicle owners and car rental users; process image recognition for uploaded car buttons and icons; Maintain and manage user accounts. To the extent we hire other companies to provide limited services on their behalf, we will only provide those companies with the information that they need to provide us with such services.
Third Party Advertising Vendors. We and the Site may use third-party advertising companies (such as Google, Twitter, and Facebook) that employ the use of pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, advertising cookies or other similar technology to help with our online and email advertising campaigns. We use these third-party services to deliver targeted ads to you on our Site and across the web on your devices. Sale or Transfer. In the event of the sale of Iconavize, LLC, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Site or operations, We may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction. In the event of such a transfer, We will notify you via email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any such change in ownership of Iconavize, LLC resulting in a change of control of your personal information.
Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms. We may monitor, use, and share such data to measure the Site’s performance, activity, and improve the Site’s design and functionality. OPT-OUT CHOICES

Your personal information will be stored and processed on computers in the United States. Your uploaded images are used solely for recognition purposes, not for social sharing. All uploaded images are used exclusively for button and icon recognition purposes and are not shared publicly or used for social media features. The laws on holding personal information in the United States may vary and be less stringent than laws of your state. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to hold and transmit your personal information in a safe, confidential, and secure environment. If you object to your personal information being transferred or used in this manner, do not register with, or use the Site.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through third party vendors, such as Stripe. We do not store credit card information directly.

This App is for informational purposes only and is not a replacement for manufacturer instructions or professional automotive guidance. Iconavize, LLC is not liable for any vehicle misuse, damage, or injury resulting from misinterpretation of the guidance provided by the App.
